Empress Thuận Thiên (Vietnamese: Thuận Thiên Cao Hoàng Hậu, 1769–1846), born in Văn Xá, Hương Trà, Thừa Thiên; full name Trần Thị Đang, was a wife of Emperor Gia Long of Vietnam and mother of Emperor Minh Mạng.
The daughter of Vice Minister of Public Works Trần Hưng Đạt and became wife of Nguyễn Phúc Ánh during the time he was fighting Tây Sơn, she went on to have three sons with the Emperor: Nguyễn Phúc Đảm (later emperor Ming Mang), Nguyễn Phúc Đài and Nguyễn Phúc Chẩn.
She died in 1846, aged 77, buried with Gia Long at the Lăng Thiên Thọ. She received the title of Empress posthumously.
